Dougie is an accomplished muso who plays a vast range of instruments, some of which you hear on the new Cd, but it is with the Pipes that he truly excels, especially as he is an ex world champion (although he tries to keep this quiet). His piping is fast and powerful. He is a good singer as well, 'Come wi me' was Dougie's creation, and it has been number one on several occasions in the Highlander Radio Chart. It is his character to be cheecky and humourus, he likes to rehearse and likes to get things right, he is definitely a perfectionist.
